As a Verification & Automation Engineer, a typical day might include the following: Maintain advanced technical knowledge and skills to contribute to the development and enhancement of integration and automation features in SEL mission critical communication products. Define, develop and analyze product specifications, functional tests, and system validation and verification processes. Set up real communication networks to instrument with 3rd party testing equipment to verify correct operation with automation strategies. Develop scripts to debug and optimize R&D product development phases. Diagnose customer reported problems with integration and communication features and document issues for developers. Provide technical and market analysis to evaluate proposed products or enhancements.…
