About this role

Ihre interessanten Aufgaben Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung unserer Abteilung „Konstruktion und Berechnung“. Dabei planen und steuern Sie Entwicklungsprojekte für z.B. Armaturen und Ventile sowie hochwertige Edelstahlverschraubungen für technisch anspruchsvolle Anwendungsgebiete und behalten Termine und Budgets im Blick. Mit Fokus auf effiziente Prozesse sorgen Sie für eine strategische Ressourcenplanung und treiben Optimierungen aktiv voran – auch bei Digitalisierungsvorhaben sowie strategischen Projekten. Sie fördern die Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden. Lösungsorientiert finden Sie Antworten auf komplexe technische Fragen und darüber hinaus geben Sie technische Dokumentationen frei.…
