About this role

Ihre interessanten Aufgaben In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unseres Montageteams. Sie sorgen für die termingerechte Abwicklung und Koordination sämtlicher Montagevorgänge und priorisieren bestehende Montageaufträge anhand des Montageplans und teilen das Personal effizient ein. Zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Montageprozesse analysieren Sie bestehende Abläufe, initiieren Automatisierungsprojekte und implementieren geeignete Montagehilfen sowie Optimierungsmaßnahmen. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen zudem die Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualitätsprüfungen, wie beispielsweise Leckageprüfungen, der montierten Artikel. Sie tragen aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung und Motivation des Montageteams bei.…
