About this role
The Program Manager is the key point of contact between the customer and the organization for all existing development, production and long-term agreements. This person manages all phases of complex electronic development and manufacturing programs leading to successful introduction of new products on the Avionics market for various and/or dedicated military customers. Responsibilities Prepares Program plans, including schedules, statements of work, work breakdown structures and budgets. Participates in proposal efforts and contract negotiations for larger programs Works with the business development organization to develop additional opportunities by leveraging off current customers and programs Chairs internal and customer program reviews.…
