SOBRE EL ROL: Como Sr Analyst de Customer Fulfillment serás responsable de liderar y optimizar el proceso de gestión de pedidos de nuestros clientes, asegurando una ejecución eficiente y puntual. Tu papel será fundamental para satisfacer la demanda de nuestros clientes, manteniendo una comunicación constante y proactiva con todas las partes involucradas, incluyendo Ventas, Planning y Logística. Además, serás responsable de identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y de implementar soluciones estratégicas para aumentar la eficiencia operativa. ACERCA DEL EQUIPO: Formarás parte de un dinámico equipo de 25 personas, dividido en 4 subequipos, que colaboran para diferentes regiones y países de Latinoamérica.
