About this role

The purpose of this role is to lead the accounting activities for all countries in the cluster including ensuring adherence to financial policies (internal and external), statutory/tax requirements, leading month-end closing process, and coordination with the SSC for Treasury, A/P and General Ledger transactions, This role also serves as the leader for the accounting team and is therefore responsible for all people management activities including recruiting, team development, PMP, career development and coaching.
