About this role

Scopely is looking for a Program Specialist, Early Career Programs to support the delivery of early career programs across the EU. Based in Barcelona, you’ll partner closely with our Senior Manager, Global Early Career Programs, to support our early career programs and shape how early talent experiences Scopely. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex work and takes pride in executing programs that run smoothly end-to-end. You will support and drive the day-to-day execution of our early career programs in the EU, helping manage a high volume of moving pieces across candidates, hiring teams, participants, and timelines.
