Role Mission
The Shipping & Receiving Manager is responsible for the critical "inbound and outbound" integrity of the facility. This role focuses on the high-velocity movement of Cosmetics and Health & Beauty products, ensuring that every pallet entering or leaving the dock meets strict accuracy and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Dock Management: Oversee all inbound receiving and outbound shipping schedules, ensuring trailers are processed within strict windows to avoid detention fees.
Inventory Integrity: Lead the receiving team in meticulous SKU verification and cycle counting to maintain the "Inventory Accuracy" KPI.…
