As Scout's Associate Director, Power Systems Engineering, you will lead the company's Power Systems Engineering function and serve as Scout's senior technical authority for electrical systems across utility-scale wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects. You will act as both an individual contributor, with subject matter expertise in electrical engineering, and as a team leader with up to 5 direct reports.
