Reporting to the Assistant Manager or Store Manager, the Retail Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for pool owners—helping them with water testing, product questions, and everyday store needs. You’ll also help keep the store clean, organized, and ready to serve customers. On a daily basis our Retail Sales Associate: Welcomes customers as they enter and provides attentive, solutions-focused service.
