About this role

Das erwartet dich bei uns: Reporting & Steuerung: Du erstellst Monatsabschlüsse, Budgets und Forecasts als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Geschäftsführung. Kostenmanagement: Du hilfst mit, eine Kostenstellenrechnung aufzubauen und Deckungsbeiträge zu analysieren, damit wir wissen, welche Services sich rechnen. Liquiditäts- & Working-Capital-Steuerung: Du behältst den Cash-Flow im Griff, steuerst das Working Capital und koordinierst Finanzierungsinstrumente. KPI-Tracking & Dashboards: Du entwickelst Kennzahlen und Dashboards, die im Alltag wirklich genutzt werden. Prozessautomatisierung: Du erkennst, wo sich repetitive Prozesse automatisieren lassen, und setzt das gemeinsam mit der IT um.
