Das erwartet dich bei uns: Unternehmenssteuerung & Reporting : Du erstellst Monatsabschlüsse, Budgets und Forecasts – als echte Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Geschäftsführung, nicht als Excel-Übung. Kostenmanagement : Du baust die Kostenstellenrechnung auf und führst Deckungsbeitragsanalysen durch – damit wir wissen, welche Services sich wirklich rechnen. Liquiditäts- & Working-Capital-Steuerung : Du behältst den Cash-Flow im Griff, steuerst das Working Capital und koordinierst Finanzierungsinstrumente – vorausschauend, nicht reaktiv. KPI-Tracking & Dashboards : Du entwickelst aussagekräftige Kennzahlen und baust Dashboards, die wirklich genutzt werden – kein Zahlenfriedhof, sondern klare Orientierung.…
