Location: San Diego, CA Job Type: Full-Time Salary $202,000 - $215,000 Position Overview The Senior Staff Engineer, Bioinformatics will develop, advance, and support large-scale analysis of multi-omic data, through application of existing and novel methods. They will be responsible for developing scalable pipelines for cloud and HPC environments. The ideal candidate combines strong expertise in data science and software development, along with the ability to work cross-functionally with wet-lab and commercial teams.
