About this role

What you get to do: Responsible for the supervision and implementation of the daily operation of Christmastown and other Consumer Event Festivals talent, including following up on task assignments for cast and crew. Responsible for maintaining the daily set schedules as established and trainings for assigned work groups and teams as needed. Responsible to mentor staff to maintain a successful team-oriented productions. Provide over-all logistical support for the entire Entertainment Department and event operations when needed.
