About this role
Manage IT department operations and applications. Be responsible for daily operation; service to all the issues related to application, handle all the IT requests including report, application and ad hoc report requests. Manage EDI process to ensure encounters and electronic claims will load to system accurately and timely. Communicate with all the related medical groups and hospitals regarding HCC and data quality. Responsibilities: Define roles and accountabilities for staffs, within the group and in the context of the broader process/operation in support of cross-functional efforts.
