Pay Range: Pay Range:$26.06 - $36.08 Responsible for managing, administering, and advocating for health education and chronic disease programming as well as planning and evaluating multiple health education strategies, interventions and programs, assessing needs for health education throughout the consortium and serving as a health education resource.
