As Director of Recruiting, you’ll lead the team responsible for bringing exceptional talent to SeatGeek across a range of functions. You’ll oversee a group of tenured recruiters and a recruiting operations senior associate, set the strategy and standards for how we hire, and partner closely with People leadership and business stakeholders to ensure our recruiting engine is proactive, data-driven, and aligned to company goals.
