About this role

JOB DESCRIPTION Lead the development of cost estimates by translating technical specifications and drawings into competitive and commercially sound pricing. Build and validate detailed estimates across labour, materials, and subcontractors to support winning project strategies. Partner cross-functionally with Project and Procurement teams to challenge assumptions and optimise cost positions. Contribute to pricing of variation works and gain hands-on exposure to real commercial negotiations and decision-making. Ideal for high-potential fresh graduates and early-career professionals seeking accelerated growth into commercial, contract management, and strategic pricing roles.
