About this role
JOB DESCRIPTION Enforces dormitory house rules, regulations, and security requirements. Reviews dormitory procedures and risk assessment. Ensure dormitory procedures, risk assessments and instructions are followed and updated when necessary. Ensures security policies, protocols and procedures are followed by officers in the team. This includes risk assessments, safe work procedures and other instructions issued by Dormitory Manager. Supervises security agency security officers on day-to-day security operations. Assists Dormitory Manager to monitor the performance and development of agency security personnel, addressing any disciplinary issues. Ensures security personnel in the team possess the necessary training, licenses and certification required to perform their duties.…
