About this role

Position Summary Role and Responsibilities Responsible for coordinating with a team of technical staff members who are responsible for general acceptance of 4G/5G software releases and/or new solutions introductions. Responsible for all aspects of field acceptance testing and support, resource planning, task assignment, tracking deliverables, and risk management to ensure product deliverables are met. Responsible for hands-on analysis of network performance issues (i.e., air interface, call processing, etc.) and creating solutions to meet network optimization expectations.
