About this role

Overview: The Reinsurance Center of Excellence (RCOE) is responsible for the administration of Securian’s enterprise reinsurance program across all solution groups, including Employee Benefits Solutions (EBS), Individual, and Affinity. The Reinsurance Administration team is responsible for the transfer of risk between Securian and our reinsurance partners in accordance with reinsurance treaties. The Business Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting reinsurance administration by interpreting reinsurance agreements, configuring reinsurance systems and reporting tools, validating reinsurance reports, and ensuring the timely remittance and reimbursement of funds per the terms of the agreements.…
