Forumin ylivartijana toimit kohteen järjestyksenvalvontahenkilöstön esihenkilönä ja asiakkaan yhteyshenkilönä oman vastuualueesi mukaan. Tehtäviisi kuuluu mm. päivittäistyön sujuvuuden varmistaminen, erikseen sovittavien tehtävien suorittaminen ja valvonta, työyhteisön yhteishengen ylläpito ja kehittäminen, sekä asiakkaalle annetun palvelulupauksen toteutumisen valvonta. Lisäksi ylivartija vastaa ohjeiden laatimisesta ja ylläpidosta sekä uusien työntekijöiden perehdyttämisestä.…
