About this role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who is motivated to help build from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape how we attract, engage, evaluate, and hire world-class, mission-driven AI talent in one of the most competitive markets today. You will spend most of your time recruiting across AI, software engineering, embedded systems, product engineering/design, and DevOps. In a market where the best candidates aren't actively looking, the traditional playbook isn't enough.
