About this role

We are looking for an E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce store and marketplaces, including Zid, Amazon, Trendyol, and other sales channels . The role will be responsible for the full order lifecycle — from receiving and processing orders to fulfillment, shipping, delivery, inventory coordination, and resolving operational issues. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, hands-on, and capable of coordinating effectively between the warehouse, branches, customer service, marketplaces, and logistics partners.
