Supporting and promoting organizational goals. Provide recognition, coaching and Progressive Disciplinary Actions for assigned staff. Ensuring documentation from direct reports is correct and up to date. Complete Annual Performance Evaluations for assigned staff. Approve employee request for ETO and maintain a posted schedule of available dates. Develop and adjust area assignments as the needs of the facility change.
