Job Description Summary The Technical Support Analyst Intern supports and maintains desktop computer systems and peripherals throughout Southeast Health and multiple outlying clinics and departments. They perform the installation and life-cycle management of desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals, and other IT end-user devices in accordance with approved Policy and Procedure. Job Description QUALIFICATIONS : High School graduate or equivalent (required). MCP, A+, or other industry recognized technical certification (preferred).
