Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Order office supplies, coordinate internal and customer meetings, and provide administrative/office support. 2. Assist in the maintenance of project files and project tracking records such as time reporting, financial records, schedules, budgets and summary spreadsheets. 3. Follow applicable processes, and identify and report potential project problems as soon as they are identified. 4. Review project proposals for accuracy and adherence to style guidelines. 5. Reconcile project expenses and receipts. 6. Assist with creating supporting presentations to management on details of project process. 7.
