About this role
Deine Aufgaben Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems, einschließlich Analyse, Design und Implementierung von Prozessen. Beratung der Fachabteilungen bei der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen und deren Abbildung im ERP-System. Konfiguration und Anpassung des ERP-Systems an spezifische Anforderungen des Unternehmens. Schulung der Endanwender im Umgang mit dem ERP-System und Sicherstellung eines effizienten Systemeinsatzes. Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse und -behebung im ERP-Bereich. Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Softwareanbietern. Durchführung von Tests und Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen bei Systemupdates und neuen Funktionen.
