About this role

Deine Aufgaben Erster Ansprechpartner für die Key-User bei Fragen, Störungen und Problemen im täglichen Umgang mit Business Central. Analyse und Eingrenzung von Fehlern im laufenden Betrieb – inklusive Sichtung und Nachvollziehen von bestehendem Code, um Ursachen präzise zu lokalisieren. Definition von Anpassungen und Fehlerkorrekturen als Vorgabe für externe Entwickler sowie Nachverfolgung bis zur Lösung. (Eigene Softwareentwicklung gehört ausdrücklich nicht zu deinen Aufgaben.) Betrieb und Überwachung bestehender Schnittstellen (u. a. EDI, Intercompany) sowie Bearbeitung von Störungen im Datenaustausch.
