About this role

Location: Richmond, BC Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 4 days on site (Monday to Thursday) Job Summary: Semtech is building the next generation of AI-powered commercial workflows across its global sales organization. This 8-month co-op is a hands-on, production-oriented role embedded within Sales Operations. You will work directly with the Senior Director of Global Sales Operations to design, test, and document AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and insight across real sales processes. This is not a research role — your work will be used by sellers, distributors, and sales leadership.
