About this role
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Promote innovative, recreational, and social programs designed to enhance resident's lives. Encourage client’s participation in group activities. Visit regularly with clients who tend to be alone. Prepare and maintain activity care plans and activity participation logs for each resident. Create monthly schedule, making sure holiday events are planned around that month. Report inventory needs to manager, keeping activities supplies always on hand. Assist clients to and from activities and to dining room for meals. Assist in dining room at meal times, eating with clients, and monitoring clients at this time. Greet guests and provide directions. Respond to personal emergency response system and direct to emergency location.…
