Deine Aufgaben Zentrale Ansprechperson für Kund:innen und Monteure während laufender Badumbauten, Anfragen lösungsorientiert bearbeiten und auch bei mehreren Baustellen den Überblick behalten Koordination von Material, Nachbestellungen und Terminen zwischen Monteuren, internen Teams und externen Partnern Saubere Dokumentation von Abläufen und Projektständen im CRM-System Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Verzögerungen und Störungen, Finden von Lösungen sowie deren proaktive Kommunikation Verantwortung für die interne Baustellenabnahme nach definierten Qualitätsstandards – inklusive Prüfung der Abschlussdokumentation, Freigabe und Nachverfolgung offener Restpunkte Dein Profil Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z.
