The ideal candidate will be able to motivate a remote team, have strong analytical skills, embrace/lead the charge for change and have a strong background in retail pharmacy. The Manager of Pharmacy Benefits is responsible for monitoring the implementation and testing of the pharmacy benefit designs, pharmacy networks, formularies and pricing suites.
