Assist Family Service Counselors with interment verifications, memorial blind checks, memorial coordination, and other cemetery service-related responsibilities to ensure families receive professional and compassionate service. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Meet with families and attend burial and cremation services as required. Coordinate with Family Service Counselors and Funeral Directors to arrange the transfer of cremated remains into urns. Follow up on memorial renderings, approvals, processing, and timelines to ensure timely completion. Conduct independent interment verifications in the cemetery prior to scheduled interments. Complete memorial blind checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with cemetery procedures.…
