Primary Location VIC - Melbourne - 655 Collins St Job Description Summary Join Service Stream's Telecommunications team and play a key role in driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement across our national operations. We're looking for a detail-oriented Desktop Quality Coordinator to support the delivery of our Quality Framework and Quality Management Plan. Working closely with the Quality Lead, you'll assess service partner compliance, identify quality trends and help improve processes that support exceptional outcomes for our clients.
