Responsibilities
Locate/evaluate candidate Cathode Materials for high energy cell design, Anode will be a Li Metal coated on Cu foil
Cathode materials development & evaluation experience; High Ni centent NCM series, NCA series, and NCMA, LFP & LFMP
Locate/evaluate new cathode materials from various suppliers and run evaluation and screen process
Lead Cathode Electrode Design: optimum electrode formulation to meet the goal
Cathode Electrode process to meet the design
Assemble lithium metal coin and pouch cells and conduct testing with a focus on repeatability
Perform crystal structure, microstructure, particle size, voltammetry, impedance spectroscopy, cycle life testing, and reliability tests to understand, and improve the performance…
