3.参与项目计划制定及项目讨论，经实验室小试，中试，最后到工业化量产。
任职资格：
1.有机化学、合成化学或相关领域的博士学位，并在该领域有丰富的经验
2.精通化学反应机制、反应优化和控制的基础知识，并熟悉常规化学分析和精密化学分离技术
3.工作认真负责，积极主动，严谨及高效，具有团队合作精神 4.有化工项目落地及工厂建设经验尤佳
Responsibilities
