About this role

Job Description: Second shift Monday - Friday 3:00 11:30 PM ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Transcribes medical provider orders and obtains requested medical information pertaining to clients. Completes medication administration ensuring accurate prescribed dosage and timely delivery, educating clients in management of side effects, and assist preauthorization of prescriptions/medications from pharmacy. Maintains accurate & timely documentation, according to established standards for nursing practice. Manages a caseload of clients receiving only medication services, when required. Maintains treatment planning and case reviews to determine medical treatment, including after-care plans for clients completing treatment.…
