About this role

Job Description: Central State Hospital is hiring a FULL TIME Nurse Supervisor position Shift differential (10% hourly wage increase from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and 12% hourly wage increase from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM) Additional $1.00 hourly wage increase on weekends Essential Job Functions: Coordinates hospital functions and nursing services including scheduling, job assignments, responding to call-ins, responding to codes, assuring appropriate staff levels and working on the patient units. Responds to all psychiatric/medical emergencies, AWOLs, disasters, general safety issues and codes. Follows Hospital policies for Incident Management. Conference with Administrator on Call as directed. Monitors patient care/unit conditions; confers with Nurse Managers regarding patient/unit concerns.…
