Our team of 500 plus professionals specializes in power trading, transforming complex data into market-leading trading strategies through advanced technology and sophisticated quantitative modelling. We are looking for looking for a legal counsel. What you would work on? Managing the in-house legal agenda to address the day-to-day business needs of Second Foundation, including corporate matters, employment law, and contracts. Drafting corporate resolutions, shaping how Second Foundation’s entities worldwide are governed, and maintaining the legal framework for intragroup relationships.…
