About this role

The actual location of this job is in Stein, Switzerland. Lonza’s Drug Product site in Stein is continuing to ramp up its manufacturing capabilities, capacity and workforce , further strengthening its role within our global Integrated Biologics network and expanding its contribution to large-scale commercial manufacturing. We are looking for an experienced HR Site Head to join the Stein Site Leadership Team and shape the people and organization agenda behind this continued growth.
