Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India (Hybrid) We are seeking a Manager, Total Rewards & Performance Management to lead and govern the global Total Rewards framework for approximately 3,500 employees across the Capsules & Health Ingredients (CHI/Capsugel) business. Reporting to the Head Total Rewards, this role serves as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, driving compensation, performance management, incentive programs, benefits, mobility, payroll governance, and executive rewards.
