[What the role is] Assistant Manager, Estate Management You will be part of a team to manage and maintain State properties. Your role will include handing and taking over of properties, maintenance inspections, implementation of corrective and preventive works and feedback/stakeholders’ management. As asset manager, you can propose and implement state-of-the-art technology to augment the current maintenance regime. From time-to-time, you may have the chance to participate in islands’ campsite operations and assist in event management. There will also be opportunities to participate in inter-agencies meetings to work out solutions to address challenges with respect to areas concerning maintenance/provision of municipality infrastructures.…
