About this role

[What the role is] Your primary role is to support the CDCs to onboard heartland merchants and hawkers onto the CDC Vouchers Scheme. Under this national initiative, you will work closely with the merchants and hawkers, handling their queries and assist to troubleshoot technical/ operational issues. You will also handle other initiatives under CDC Vouchers Scheme. [What you will be working on] Support the Community Development Councils (CDCs) and Community Centres/Clubs (CCs) to engage and outreach to heartland merchants and hawkers. Guide and encourage merchants and hawkers to sign up for the CDCs’ scheme and encourage them to share the Scheme on their social media. Equip merchants and hawkers with the necessary knowledge and skillsets during the onboarding process for the scheme.…
