[What the role is] Manager, Assessment & Certification, Singapore Rail Academy (SGRA) The role of Manager, Assessment & Certification, is part of the new Singapore Rail Academy (SGRA) team established for the development of assessment and certification frameworks for the operations & maintenance (O&M) workforce of the local rail industry, and the implementation of the assessments and certifications.
