About this role

[What the role is] As a member of the Legal Department, you will provide legal advice and creative solutions on a wide range of supervisory and regulatory issues covering banking, capital markets and insurance as well as on international agreements, financial and commercial matters. You will be challenged to anticipate and address new financial trends from the legal perspective. [What you will be working on] Division 1 advises on the legal aspects pertaining to the prudential and market conduct functions of MAS. This portfolio offers opportunities and challenges in developing the legal framework for the regulation of new financial businesses and in meeting changing global financial standards.…
