Senior Manager (Facilities Management)

[What the role is] To support the Division in the facilities management of People’s Association community infrastructure to ensure that the building and facilities are well maintained and kept in a state of good, safe and serviceable condition. [What you will be working on] Manage and ensure that the physical infrastructure and facilities of People’s Association properties are safe, fit-for-purpose, conducive for use and social interactions and achieve green goals. These include (but is not limited to): Oversee the appointed Managing Agent, consultants and etc to ensure assigned projects complete within schedule and approved budget and meet the project strategic, design, quality and operational objectives and ensure that all PA properties are well maintained and upkeep to requirements.…
