About this role
The effective Water Transfer Supervisor leads day-to-day execution within the following system processes: installation, operation, troubleshooting, response and removal. The Supervisor is responsible for daily reporting and administrative tasks associated with the system processes, i.e., leading shift change meetings / JSAs, scheduling assistance, accurate time entries, training, being the on-site, primary point of contact for customers for either day or night shift. Requirements · Operates per Shalestone SPCC policy and in compliance with environmental and customer expectations · Takes ownership of the safety and performance of the crew from shop-to-shop · Leads inspection initiatives for PPE, rigging, crew trucks, trailers, equipment, etc.…
