About this role
OVERVIEW Reporting directly to MITS National Director of Engineering. In this role, the MITS Regional Technical Resource Manager will be responsible for managing MITS Technical Resources within a defined Region of the US. Additionally, they will provide guidance with, and where necessary, direct support of multiple small to mid-sized clients with their managed network service needs across multiple markets. The Regional Technical Resource Manager will have direct interaction with MITS technical and sales resources, branch personnel, and clients on a day-to-day basis. They will provide guidance and support for statements of work, findings & recommendations, quoting, best practices and management oversite of project-based work within their region.…
