Job Title Latex Operator I Monday - Friday Position Overview This position is Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm. POSITION OBJECTIVE: To provide a continuous flow of secondary back into Coater and to monitor latex application on the secondary backing. Maintain latex pump and tank area. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Maintaining continuous flow of secondary backing into Coater Remove wrap and roll ticket from roll. Inspect backing for holes, tears, and cuts and make sure backing is not wet. Align roll in cradle with yellow lines on the floor, making sure roll is turned in the right direction. When the previous roll that is running on machine gets low (12-14” diameter), turn on J-box and run the rest of the roll into J-box. Call the Operator to let them know you are doing so.…
